Who we are

Vivideck turns notes you submit into an editable PowerPoint file (.pptx). This policy describes the information that product handles. Questions go to support@vivideck.net.

Information we collect

1. Account — Name, email address, and the credentials used to sign in.
2. Deck content — The notes or outline you paste, the template that was used, and the .pptx file we generate so you can download it.
3. Credits and orders — Your credit balance, each deck charge or return, and one-time pack purchases, including a promotion code Stripe reports on the charge.
4. Payment — Stripe processes the card payment. We store the order amount, currency, status, and the email Stripe associates with the payment. We do not store full card numbers.
5. Cookies — A session cookie to keep you signed in, a locale cookie for English or Chinese, and, if you accept the cookie banner, optional analytics cookies.

How we use it

• Create your account and keep you signed in.
• Send your notes to an AI provider so it can structure them into slides, then store the resulting file for you to download.
• Reserve 10 credits when a deck starts, and return those 10 if generation fails.
• Charge a credit pack through Stripe, including a promotion code you enter at checkout.
• Send account email, such as address verification or a password reset, when that mail is turned on.
• Answer support mail sent to support@vivideck.net, and detect abuse.

Who else receives it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the product:

• The AI provider that structures your notes into slides.
• Stripe, to take payment.
• The email provider, when we send account mail.
• The host that stores the account, the deck, and the file.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep the account, the notes, the files, the credit ledger, and the orders while the account exists. Email support@vivideck.net to ask for deletion. We may retain an order record where we have to keep it for accounting.

Your choices

You can update your name in account settings and download your decks. To access, correct, or delete the rest of the account, email support@vivideck.net. You can reject optional analytics cookies in the cookie banner. The session cookie is required to stay signed in.
